Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid online using the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number
A tracking link to monitor your shipment

Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours after dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
