At ASHVAS, customer experience is our highest priority. Keeping that in mind, our packaging is designed with hard and safe materials to make sure the product is safe and intact and reached our customers in its best condition.
In case, you receive a damaged product, kindly mail us at assist.ashvas@gmail.com writing your issue along with the images of the product as delivered. Upon researching, if our team finds your claim genuine, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened and damaged product. Please note that all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold. To keeps things safe for our customers, we do not entertain any kind refunds, replacements or returns on opened product. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly contact us regarding your issue. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. ASHVAS is not responsible for damage after delivery.
